2nd March 2018 – Special ‘Elements’ Degustation Menu

On Friday 2nd March 2018 we welcome renowned chef Jason LeGear who will present a special six-course menu – Elements Vol. 4:

Amuse Bouche
Octopus and Mushroom
Cauliflower, celeriac, capers
Duck prosciutto, curds
Venison, pied de cochon
Makrel, kimchi
Chocolate, lime, pistachio

Elements Vol. 4. The series starts again! Join us for 6 course tasting menu with our friends at Le Bouquet. Great food, wines, and conversation. Due to the limited space and early response, deposits will be required for this one. 50% of the cost of the menu chosen. Full refund with 7 days notice. Half the deposit returned if given notice 3 days before the event. After that, it is non returnable. Deposits must be sent by Feb 26th. We are looking forward to seeing our regular faces and some new ones and to get the season started again.

Make sure to include in the notes your name, the number of guests, and any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have. We are happy to accommodate these in the tasting.
